My Thoughts:
This is an excellent seminar. Tony discusses the topic in great depth. To clarify these notions, he basically disassembles the stances, movements, and philosophy of wing chun. The issue is, even if you are not a wing chun student, I feel you can benefit from these courses and enhance your martial arts.
