Guard Submissions: Ze Mario demonstrates basic armbars with variations on wrist and elbow torque, as well as the Kimura. Side Control Part 1: This DVD teaches you how to position yourself, adjust your base, and control your opponent with your knees while evading his guard. Lapel chokes, armlocks, and other side control submissions are all covered!
Part 2 of Side Control will teach you how to break a shoulder lock, arm control, and conclude with a Kimura. Obtaining a Kimura from the North-South position. Using his gi to control his elbows and ending with a choke. North South to Side Control, followed by an Armbar. Collar chokes from behind. And even more! Half Guard (Without a Gi): Half guard no gi positioning, breaking your opponent’s grips, generating space, moving his back to side control or full mount Keeping his wrists under control, attacking his feet, and concluding with a triangle or calf smash.
