See the associated wall chart if you wish to follow this program exactly as advised. Though tricky to prepare, it turned out alright in the end. Before adding new exercises to the program, some exercises must first be done more than once. HardCORE (disc 8) and Pranayama Meditation (disc 11) are also included into the program on a regular basis, in addition to the extra suggested daily meditation and the daily exercise (also in addition to the Daily workout).
Yoga mat is a must; a yoga block and a yoga strap are optional (see screens)
