My Twitter following has increased from 150 to 24,000 followers (and is currently at 60,000+) during the past 14 months. How did I manage it?
First, some background: I quit my comfortable position at Amazon last year to work for myself. But I soon understood that my reputation only applied to the businesses I had previously worked for. I was hardly recognized by the rest of the world.
Despite my inexperience with this line of business, I was keen to attract some notice. I had no prior experience using social media or having a Facebook account, and I had no expertise in marketing.
I decided to do my experiments on Twitter. I wasted a lot of time attempting things that didn’t work since I was new. But throughout that process, I stumbled onto a strategy that truly did work. Furthermore, every other account I’ve seen that used my strategy was able to build a sizable audience from launch and generate a high level of interaction.
I’ll demonstrate how I increased my Twitter following in this video course, and how you can do the same. There is no better time than the present to begin developing your Twitter profile because it may be the most valuable thing I hold.
