Introduction to Traditional Sexual Practices for Improving Health, Longevity, and Immortality, Module 1 (March 10)
How can we alchemize our innate Qi to improve our health and expand our consciousness?
This subject was studied by Taoist sages and shamans thousands of years ago. These individuals are also responsible for the development of Tai Chi, Qigong, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and acupuncture.
Taoist doctors would frequently advise making love in a variety of positions to help heal various ailments in addition to giving herbal remedies, making sexual practice a significant subfield of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
With time, the emperors, Taoist monks, and nuns who had access to these techniques began to call them Sexual Kung Fu.
The fabled Yellow Emperor, Huang Ti, who reigned for 100 years in the 27th century BCE and had nine wives, is said by some to have benefited directly from his study of sexual alchemy.
In this first week, you’ll learn about the historical development of Sexual Kung Fu as an effective method for combining sexual and spiritual energy for improved health and consciousness.
You’ll learn:
The Plain Girl, the Select Girl, and the Dark Girl were the female authors and instructors of Sexual Kung Fu to the Yellow Emperor.
How Taoist nuns used the Red Dragon technique to tame their periods and use their Jing Qi as fuel for enduring youth and spiritual development
How to use Jing Qi to boost all of your internal organs and spiritual development
A basic exercise for changing Jing Qi into Shen Qi throughout the course of the practice is a Microcosmic Orbit meditation.
The Sexual Kung Fu techniques Grandmaster Chia learned via his master’s lineage and taught for more than 40 years have been condensed into the Healing Love System.
Developing Yourself Through Sexual Kung Fu: Preserving, Recycling, and Transforming Your Jing Qi (March 17)
What occurs to Jing Qi that is misplaced or not used? How can you harness that energy and use it to achieve higher levels of wellbeing?
Practices of Taoist Sexual Kung Fu save, recycle, and change Jing Qi into a finer energy that feeds the heart, the endocrine and hormonal systems, and the brain.
You’ll master the first stage of those techniques this week, called Alone Cultivation, which refers to solo practices. As with cultivating Self, mastering solo cultivation is a crucial first step in alchemizing sexual and spiritual energy, whether you’re working with a partner or not.
You’ll: During the second week:
Review the anatomy of the sexual organs, especially the 5 zones of the perineum for both sexes, to get ready for muscular contraction exercises.
Learn Seal the Gate pelvic floor exercises to enhance bladder control and discharge.
Learn how to convert Jing Qi by engaging in guided breathing and muscular contraction exercises to bring new Qi into your sexual palace.
Practice with a guide to direct newly charged Jing Qi into your Lower Tan Tien Waterwheel.
Module 3: Self-Healing Breast Massage to Balance Your Endocrine Glands and Nurture Your Whole Being (March 24)
What is breast health so crucial? To begin with, every gland in your body is linked to your breasts. Both men and women should apply.
Breast massage naturally stimulates the acupuncture meridians that run through the breasts, releasing blocked Qi and improving Qi flow to the kidneys, liver, spleen, and stomach.
… as well as sustaining and bolstering your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
You’ll learn how to stimulate your endocrine glands this week to assist regulate hormonal systems by rubbing the region one-and-a-half inches around the nipples.
Additionally, you’ll discover how the pituitary gland controls intellect and memory and how to alchemize gland Qi Arousal with Jing Qi to produce compassion. The pineal gland is related to the clitoris on the hormonal pathway and up to the light of creation.
You’ll learn more about how breast massage and gland arousal work together to encourage the opening of your pineal doorway to the Primordial Source in later sessions.
You’ll this week:
Learn how breast massage may help women at all phases of life, but especially breast cancer survivors, by releasing physical and emotional congestion in the breasts.
Examine the numerous endocrine system glands from the perspective of Taoism.
Take part in a guided practice of 9 Flower Qigong, which awakens all of the tiny but potent glands in the endocrine system for what Taoists refer to as Gland Qi Arousal Practice. Jing Qi is then combined with Gland Qi Arousal by turning the waterwheel up to the heart and thymus, generating the most beneficial energy of all: compassion.
Utilize Your Reproductive System at Any Age to Refill Your Body’s Organs — Module 4: Harnessing the Healing Power of Pleasure (March 31)
Your inner alchemy is a scaled representation of the Universe according to Taoism. Therefore, sustained sensual or sexual excitation may be one of the most effective energies for enhancing Qi and realizing your aspirations. This is how…
In essence, arousal is hyperfocused purpose. The global law of attraction may be used to attract more of this energy into your being and life the more you concentrate on the desire to feel happy.
This week, you’ll learn about the Qi of arousal for self-cultivation, including the Orgasmic Upward Draw, which directs arousal energy upward and inward to all of your organs for an all-encompassing, joyful experience.
You’ll discover the roles of the pelvic and urogenital diaphragms as pumps and floodgates, as well as how to control their functions using ovarian or testicular breathing techniques.
You may increase the amount of aroused Qi in the ovarian palace by combining breast self-massage activities with these breathing exercises. This will then transport the supercharged energy to the perineum, where it can be pulled upward through the Microcosmic Orbit into the brain and subsequently to other organs.
You’ll: During the fourth week of class:
Discover how the lower diaphragms work to breathe, as well as the advantages of practicing ovarian and testicular breathing.
Take part in a guided practice of ovarian/testicular breathing.
Learn about the advantages of the Yoni Egg, also known as the Jade Egg Practice, and how it strengthens the pelvic floor muscles to improve pleasure and avoid vaginal prolapse.
Learn the fundamentals of the Orgasmic Upward Draw to improve the health of your organs.
Module 5: Balancing Yin and Yang Within and Among Partners (April 7)
Taoists hold that yin and yang, pairs of opposites with two separate charges, dance to generate all of life, which is what they call the “whole of life.”
When shared during romantic love, these energies have the power to balance your body’s systems and foster a greater feeling of spiritual health.
A single individual might practice dual cultivation by developing their innate yin and yang energies, according to early Taoist literature.
The ability to circulate Qi in one’s own Microcosmic Orbit using the yin channel in the front of the body and the yang channel in the spine is a prerequisite for cultivating with a partner.
This week, you’ll discover how to circulate the yin-yang energy that predominates in your being via your own being before sharing it with your spouse through their Microcosmic Orbit.
In addition,
Find your partner’s arousal and cool-down buttons, as well as different thrusting tactics to maintain the Jade Stem, to lengthen a lovemaking session.
Investigate breathing methods and concentrated purpose to expand your Microcosmic Orbit to a companion.
Utilize coordinated breathing and a shared orgasmic upward draw to discover Valley Orgasms.
Experience guided meditations that infuse the perineum and sexual palaces with healing hues.
Learn how the more complex Orgasmic Upward Draw may send Qi to a particular organ.
Unlocking the Mysterious Power of Women in Module 6: Sexual Reflexology (April 14)
Acupressure sites and meridians that stimulate and prolong arousal and pleasure can bring about a wide range of health advantages, according to ancient Taoist sages who integrated the study of Jing Qi with conventional medicine. Sexual reflexology became the name for this field of study.
These doctors were able to recognize how the body’s sexual architecture affects particular organs and glands, similar to how acupuncture sites on the hands and feet relate to various internal organs.
The kidneys, liver, spleen, pancreas, heart, and lungs, for example, have all been proven to benefit from stimulation throughout the vaginal canal.
This week, you’ll learn about the theory of sexual reflexology and how the Taoist points of love may cause your organs to climax and develop spiritual life. Additionally, you’ll learn about the enigmatic power of women and how their bodies were designed for enhanced sexual-spiritual alchemy.
You will learn in this session:
Discovering the woman’s prostate gland and activating her 3 Pleasure Gates throughout the vaginal canal can help ladies who suffer from excruciating dryness after delivery or menopause.
Discover how the clitoris’ physical layout produces pleasure that is neither superior to nor inferior to orgasms in the uterus.
Learn how sexual reflexology enhances general health and wellbeing and balances desire.
Learn the “Cricket Rubs Its Thighs” exercise and clitoris and genital acupressure massage.
Practice Orgasmic Draw while performing the 9 Flower Qigong breast self-massage exercise with clitoris stimulation to further boost Jing Qi.
Module 7: Maintaining Juicy Joints Throughout Your Life: Aging Gracefully & Vibrantly (April 21)
The secret to aging well is preserving your sexual health, whether you engage in Dual Cultivation or Solo Cultivation in your later years. For instance, post-menopausal women still require estrogen to help stop bone loss.
Your ability to transfer Jing Qi to your bone marrow as well as your organs and glands increases as it gets more plentiful.
This week, you’ll learn special breathing, concentration, and tapping techniques called Bone Marrow Nei Kung, also known as “Bone Breathing,” that can help your bone marrow regenerate and age more slowly.
Bone breathing has the advantage of keeping your joints supple. Given that the bone marrow is where red and white blood cells are made, bone breathing aids in maintaining a robust flow of oxygen to all of your cells and fortifies your immune system.
You will learn this week:
How your sexual hormones fluctuate with age, and how males tend to produce more yin energy as they age while women tend to produce more yang
A whole branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine unto itself, Bone Marrow Nei Kung
Exercises for Basic Bone Breathing
A exercise for orgasmic upward draws that includes bone breathing and demonstrates how to channel the energy into your bones and kidneys
Module 8: Use the “Love Vibration” to Feed Your Brain and Lift Your Spirit (April 28)
According to contemporary research, when a person is sexually aroused, their brain releases oxytocin and starts producing dopamine. These discoveries confirm what the early Taoists already knew.
This week, you’ll thoroughly examine the anatomy of the glands in the brain. Building on prior techniques of transforming Jing Qi into the lighter Compassion Qi of the heart, this method focuses on bringing Compassion Qi into the center of the brain, known as the Crystal Palace by ancient Taoists.
Shen Qi is created in the heart, which results in the production of Golden Nectar. Jing Qi, the raw honey, is refined multiple times to create grades of honey that are sweeter and more delicate.
The pituitary gland releases Golden Nectar when the brain has been filled with Shen Qi, which then permeates all of the body’s glands and organs, including the sexual organs, raising their vibrations for a mind-body orgasm.
Memory is boosted and brain cells are nourished each time arousal energy is sent toward the brain, which also helps to lessen sadness, sleeplessness, and other chemical imbalances in the brain.
You’ll this week:
Learn about the architecture of the brain’s glands, how they regulate health and wellness, and how they relate to spiritual development, including how the pineal gland may reflect light.
Learn about the neuroscience of arousal energy, including how it splits and regenerates your DNA.
Learn how to ground yourself into the Earth utilizing the Microcosmic Orbit and other safety measures while working with high energies to avoid developing “kundalini syndrome.”
Review and practice the 9 Flower Qigong, paying special attention to activating the crystal palace glands to produce Shen Qi and Golden Nectar.
How Your Shen Qi, Fueled by the Heart & Jing Qi, Connects You to Universal Consciousness in Module 9: Awakening Higher Love (May 5)
Taoist elders learned via higher Qigong techniques that each of the five main ying organs has its own awareness or soul. For instance, our Zhi soul—our willpower—is housed in our kidneys.
You’ll learn this week how to develop these five souls and combine them with an awakened Shen to re-establish your connection to the Primordial Source, or Universal Consciousness.
We return to the significance of arousal energy since it takes a lot of energy to reach such higher frequencies. The Tao of Life is cyclical in nature.
In the last week, you’ll:
Discover how the three bodies—the physical body, the soul or Qi body, and the spirit body, or Original Shen—are seen in Taoism.
Learn about the ying organs’ souls, their functions, and how the heart’s highly developed compassion Qi nourishes these souls.
Learn more about the two facets of Shen: Original Shen, also known as our eternal spirit and our common intellect, which rests in the heart.
Discover how the pineal gland serves as the entrance to the Primordial Source in addition to connecting to the clitoris.
Learn about the Cosmic Orbit that links you to the moon, stars, and universe.
Engage in a guided meditation using the Orgasmic Upward Draw to reach a condensed form of the Cosmic Orbit.
