I’ll be posting some of my uncommon video as a means of saying thanks for your assistance with my fundraising initiative. Some of it was on outdated HDDs and DVDs, among other formats. I hope you enjoy these!

The former King of Shooto in Japan, Alexandre “Pequeno” Nogueira, explains MMA grappling techniques in great depth.
The longest-reigning Shooto Champion in the annals of contemporary MMA is Alexandre Franca Nogueira, commonly known as “Pequeno” on the MMA circuit.
Pequeno is prepared to offer some of his methods on this DVD, particularly the dreaded Guillotine Choke. Pequeno will demonstrate, elucidate, and provide us with the specifics on each method displayed here as Julio Cesar, one of his students, assists him. We will witness takedowns, sweeps, and submissions, some of which he will have invented.

While stitching technique for sutures is an art learned through practice, the knowledge of what happens at the cellular and molecular level in the tissues being stitched arises through science.
