In 2005 I fueled my passion for health and nutrition and attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I became a health coach and practiced for 5 years.
I found that what I loved even more than coaching was the marketing side of the business.

While I’m no longer health coaching, my passion for health and nutrition is fueled by being able to help YOU share your message and work with a wider audience (and in turn create change in the world).
