Target Every Part of Your Body with This Fantastic Workout

This exercise is fantastic! Every portion of your body has its own segment. Each move is broken out clearly and with excellent explanations. The fact that each component is broken down into its own pieces allowed me to skip over any sections I felt like for whatever reason. I adore how Cleo teaches you to stretch, too. Anyone may stretch their muscles with the method, which also teaches them how to perform it safely and with good form. It is clear that Chleo prioritizes her students’ security while she instructs. I can already see that taking the challenge will have a significant influence on my ability to increase flexibility throughout my body, not just in my back. You’re in for a real treat if you haven’t experienced Chleo’s DVDs yet. You’ll be sucked in:)

The back and shoulder muscles need to be lengthened and strengthened, which is why this program is exceptional. The outcomes demonstrate how amazing this DVD really is. In order to help prevent injuries, I believe that having muscular balance is crucial in pole dancing and many sports, and this video is definitely the solution. If you put your effort into it, the knowledge included in this program will only help you get stronger in your upper body and more flexible. As essential to my life as cleaning my teeth is, this program is. There is nothing else like this in existence. I’m really grateful for it, and I’ll keep using it in my life.

I was overjoyed when this DVD was released because I am a huge Cleo supporter and admirer. And even though I adore RLNA and CRNP, I now consider this DVD to be my favorite of all of them. You will surely break a sweat while doing this amazing workout, and you will see progress as you go. I could hardly backbend, and I had almost little range of motion in my shoulders. I began this program for 8 weeks with RLNA added (there is a timetable for an RLNA+BITNB schedule), and I dropped weight and improved my back, hips, and shoulder flexibility significantly. The more you do it and the longer you do it, the simpler it gets. Because of the strength and flexibility techniques shown in the DVD, certain pole maneuvers have improved by a factor of ten. I highly suggest this DVD and RLNA for anybody wishing to build strength and flexibility in a secure and efficient manner.
