Description
The online adventure known as BEING You
Being You is a constant act of creation, decision, and adventure; it is not a purple pill you take. You are being who you are with money, with your body, and in all of your annoying relationships. It is a part of every aspect of your existence.
The Being You Facilitators are asking you to explore these three areas over the course of nine conversations, providing you with tools and insights that can make navigating each of them more enjoyable and easy for you.
The call is broken up into three sections: money, bodies, and relationships. For each section, there is a video replay, an audio download, and a home-play PDF.
CREATING MONEY: THE FUEL FOR YOUR ADVENTURES (PART 1)
What if all the information you’ve learned about money is outdated or inaccurate? What if your willingness to accept is the solution to your “money problem”? And what if, as you are prepared to experience the adventure of being you, it truly begins to happen?
YOUR BODY: THE ADVENTURE OF LIVING, PART 2
What if your body served as your personal road map for the journey that is life? Your body is a sensational, sensitive creature made to constantly provide you with information! What if your body and the bodies of others have been communicating with you all along, but you haven’t had the means to hear them up until now?
Relationships in Part 3: The Adventure of Being You
We devote a lot of time and effort to love and relationships on our world. We have come to so many different judgments about what a relationship should be and what it should be for us. What if none of that is… real? What if our relationships were to center on the gifts we can provide for one another? What if it all begins with you being willing to be who you really are, even in the presence of others?

More information about Self Help:
Self-help or self-improvement is a self-guided improvementóeconomically, intellectually, or emotionallyóoften with a substantial psychological basis.
Many different self-help group programs exist, each with its own focus, techniques, associated beliefs, proponents and in some cases, leaders.
Concepts and terms originating in self-help culture and Twelve-Step culture, such as recovery, dysfunctional families, and codependency have become firmly integrated in mainstream language.
Self-help often utilizes publicly available information or support groups, on the Internet as well as in person, where people in similar situations join together.
From early examples in self-driven legal practice and home-spun advice, the connotations of the word have spread and often apply particularly to education, business,
psychology and psychotherapy, commonly distributed through the popular genre of self-help books.
According to the APA Dictionary of Psychology, potential benefits of self-help groups that professionals may not be able to provide include friendship,
emotional support, experiential knowledge, identity, meaningful roles, and a sense of belonging.
