Don “The Dragon” Wilson is to date the
ultimate kickboxer, whose name is a living symbol, together with Bill
Wallace, Joe Lewis, and Benny Urquidez. The holder of eleven world
titles in different federations and categories, and competitor in the
three Kick-Boxing disciplines, Don Wilson has also made himself famous
in the world of cinema. He has had the leading role in 23 films and he
participated in “Batman” as a guest star.

For this second collaboration with Budo International, Don decided to
record his first instructional video, a project in which he shows us
kick-boxing techniques and the principles that led him to have such an
impressive track record.

With detailed explanations, we will analyze the training methods, both
solo and with a partner, combat positions, secrets for the perfect
execution of techniques, combination punches, kicks, shadow work,
padwork, and sparring exercises.

This is an exceptional video with someone who many experts consider “the best kickboxer of all time”.
