FCS Instructor Marrese Crump and Guro Ray Cole offer you an insight into the wrestling art of the Philippines according to the practices of Filipino Combat Systems and geared toward a “street defense” perspective.

Volume 1 focuses on some of the fundamentals of Dumog, relating to empty hand, stick, and blade.
Key elements and functioning principles are emphasized such as, positioning, footwork, balance, energy and commonly practiced flowdrills to develop all these important attributes.

Volume 2 focuses on the maximum effect of DUMOG in different situations such as ’empty hand vs.
blade’, employing close range weapons with dumog, as well as elements of groundfighting with the employment of the blade.

Volume 3 focuses on Dumog in different situations such as epmploying Dumog principles against various kicks and common punching combinations, incorporating the use of the stick into groundfighting positions and “Largo to Dumog” range stickfighting scenarios.
