What you’ll discover
For qualitative data analysis, use NVivo 12.
Examine the data, mark your findings, and connect these insights to other project components.
Sort your data into sets, folders, and cases.
Make mind maps that represent your expectations, observations, and assumptions.
Compare the characteristics and values of the instances (did men and women express comparable opinions, for instance)
Data coding and theme framework construction
Conduct expert data analysis using code questions.
Create concept and project maps to examine and visualize the connections in your project.
CONSIDER yourself a qualified qualitative researcher!
You will benefit from and enjoy this training whether you are entirely new to NVivo or have some previous familiarity with it.
As a professional researcher, research consultant, and academic educator, I will teach you difficult concepts in a clear, understandable manner in this course, and after you finish it, you will be able to:
You’ll be able to utilize a number of NVivo features, from basic note-taking, sorting, and coding to more intricate data searches (see the specifics in the “What you’ll learn” section above). You’ll know how NVivo may help you advance your data research. You will wow your supervisors, professors, employers, or coworkers with the breadth of the analysis you do since you will have a solid grasp of what can be done to expand your data analysis and how to utilize NVivo for this goal.
The nicest part about this course is how logically related all of the courses are; the analytical notions that surface early on when we write down our first ideas will later be put to the test when we learn to code and run various coding queries. Without first describing the query in question, how it will benefit us, and perhaps even why we might want to run it in the first place, I never just speak about how to run it.
In fact, this is what my students seem to enjoy most about my courses – the way I organize the lessons, the way I explain things, and the way I help them along the way (I am very responsive to messages and always do my best to assist each student personally).
I sincerely hope you enroll in this course so that we may start our thrilling analytical trip together soon!
