These videos concentrate on the self defence aspects and learning techniques.
This video is one of this series and is titled Animal Day.
They feature a full hour of allout Animal Day fights to increase knowledge and educate.
In Animal Day, probably his most controversal video yet, Geoff explodes the myths about what does and does not work on the unforgiving streets of a violent world, and then educates the viewer in all aspects of pressure testing the martial arts to make sure that techinque and character are not lacking when a situation becomes ‘ live’.
