A rise of $42,764 more! And it was only one of my investments.

On Spain’s Costa del Sol, a property (a penthouse) I suggested was priced at €129,000 and was located in a gated neighborhood less than ten minutes from Puerto Banus, a trendy town. That penthouse would be listed for €259,000 almost three years after my advice.
I suggested condos in a posh residential neighborhood in late 2013 when they were going for as little as €95,800. Or you may spend €109,900 for a penthouse. One of the penthouses listed for €171,000 four years later, representing a gain of €61,100.
As you can see, acceptance into this exclusive club carries the possibility of enormous fortune.

So, if you followed my advice here, you might have secured a two-bedroom apartment for as little as €94,000 ($107,191 at the current exchange rate). When the inventory is gone, however, I anticipate prices to increase to €150,000 ($171,050).
These days, buying opportunities at Spain’s crisis market prices are few and far between; a confluence of three trends like this is practically unheard of.

There are still possibilities to make money in real estate when it is down in one area. Donald Trump became wealthy thanks to it. Additionally, he has real estate in several different countries, including Dubai, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Panama, and the Dominican Republic.
