The life of a plastic bag
It’s easy to imagine that you are the only one dealing with this issue.
For a very long time, things went for me similarly.
The situation was so bad that I had to visit a psychiatrist at age 21 to have my head scanned. Since I frequently felt cut off from the outside world, I believed that I may be suffering from a brain tumor.
I described it to the doctor back then as a “Plastiktüte”: “I feel as though my head would bury itself in a gefrierbeutel, and I gucked out of the Tüte toward the outside.” isolating and cutting precisely.
Of course, the doctors never did find anything.
I know today:
Nothing medical ever happened. I just had my head in the clouds and had no idea what it meant, why it was happening, or how I was supposed to cope with it.
10 seconds to escape the head

Make the changes I’ve described, turn off the computer, and come back in 30 seconds to see any differences you can spot.
The first time you do something here, you’ll come across as a complete moron. But whether or not the medicine tastes good is not important. If she has an impact is what matters. And I’m sure you’ll notice how you feel suddenly more alert, how your surroundings are once more clearly in focus, and how you emerge from your head.
Maybe you’ll even notice that your voice is a little lower and that your posture is a little straighter.

Embrace Reality Over Dreams: The days of wishing and dreaming are over. The most beautiful things now occur in your actual life rather than in your dreams: intimacy is now more appealing than romantic love. Sex has suddenly become more attractive than masturbation. Then suddenly, today is more beautiful than the “someday” dream. Think about how proud you feel about yourself. You must be quite happy. And how happy you are with your life, how little effort it takes for things to “just happen” for you, and how the people around you look at you favorably and do you well.
Experience ecstasy: You may shut your mind off whenever you choose and enter the present moment. You decide when you’ll use and when you won’t use the thinking apparatus. And in doing so, you fully engage in the significant moments, reestablish contact with your natural intuition, and become the ideal lover a woman could hope for.
Genuine charisma and radiant disposition: Not a Trick. Lack of technologies. Any further effort? The other people are all glued to their phones, but you are just present. It’s no surprise that you con artists and that people find you interesting and enjoy being around you.
