Do you believe in yourself enough to treat this seriously? is the true query. If so, then by all means, just get a few of clients to pay you on a monthly basis for the next six months; everything else is yours to keep. Right? Therefore, avoid considering coaching programs like Local Marketing Vault as an extravagance because doing so suggests having a lottery mindset and the desire for achievement that is not earned. Which indicates to me that you were f*cked from the start. Now, if you want to argue that Lil’ Homie is teaching the same material and including some pretty great software… for a thousand less, that’s perfectly OK. It’s okay to consider your alternatives. After all, there are a gazillion more courses on “how to run advertisements for local companies” available. Moreover, you could prefer another guru’s package or temperament to James’ or Jason’s.
What else do you need to know, then? I mean, I think James, Jason, and Local Marketing Vault are cool and everything, but let me just briefly play the opposing side. Google advertisements predate your mother’s mother. Your aunt is older than Facebook advertisements. The point is that they are both expensive because they are saturated. And it’s only going to get worse, especially as more and more marketers try to sell you their own “here’s how to build and expand your ad agency” methods, including Dan Henry, Jessica Samis, Billy Gene, Cat Howell, Adam Davies, and whomever comes after them. So, employ common sense: what will it mean for your margins if getting leads for these local company owners costs you more and more? They are destroyed, doesn’t it? Thousands of “students” who are enlisting in these same courses are now inundating the top niches, making it tougher than ever to attract paying customers in the first place.
In addition, what about niches? Particularly, Facebook advertising is terrible for the majority of brick and mortar businesses. If someone is in good health, it must be rather difficult to run an advertisement along their newsfeed and get them to call a personal injury attorney, for instance. And when you stop to think about it, most local services are something you either need or don’t need; no amount of persuasive advertising will change your mind. However, if you listened to these folks’ webinars, they would have you believing that “Millions of Small Businesses Need This Service!” What they don’t tell you is that the majority of them will have little luck with Facebook advertisements. which in the first instance truly reduces the pool of possible customers.
Granted. Since you can bid on search phrases where you know those folks are currently in the market for whatever product or service you’re advertising (otherwise, they wouldn’t be Googling it), Google AdWords is much better. To be fair, this is covered in LMV by Jason McKim and James Bonadies. This provides it an advantage over programs that focus just on Facebook advertisements. But even so. Whatever monthly amount the business owner committed to, cost per click is going to eat it up in the end. Sense me?
So what is the answer? How do you overcome the following issues: a) a lack of good niches to serve; b) a glut of businesses selling the same thing in the same way; c) rising ad costs that cock-block your take-home; and d) and I haven’t even touched on this yet, but how do you build something that will last a lifetime… that can’t be taken away from you (like Google and Facebook ads, where they can ban your account without warning… thereby wi Huh? Any thoughts?
Here’s one: follow my example. wholesome free traffic There is no charge. attracts buyers. I am the only owner of everything (not Facebook, not Google). I probably spend an hour or two making each page. then generates daily passive income for me, likely for the rest of my life? Bro. Things do not improve. And it’s far simpler and quicker to do it locally. It’s absurd to rank for “tree trimming Hollywood, FL.” as contrast to attempting to rank globally for a term like “Local Marketing Vault reviews.” You get what I mean?
I could continue forever. In contrast to the month or two I’ve seen when running paid advertisements for customers, the lead quality is so much greater with free traffic that businesses generate more revenue from the leads you’re providing them and stay with you longer, paying you for years. After renting each website’s results for as long as you choose, you may sell the website itself — sometimes for six figures! Similar to real estate in every way except that you do business online with little to no starting money.
