It is distributed online (mail, pay on delivery), in aikido seminars, and in aikido aikikai groups in St. Petersburg and other cities in Russia and the former CIS. It is published once every two months. The magazine includes images and video that are either copyrighted or taken from different sources with permission to quote.
Masatake Fujita’s book “Method of Aikido Practice.” has photo and video inserts, which is exquisite for martial arts books.

While stitching technique for sutures is an art learned through practice, the knowledge of what happens at the cellular and molecular level in the tissues being stitched arises through science.
