Moy Yat was one of the few disciples of Grandmaster Yip Man who actually completed the entire Wing Chun system under his Sifu.

This DVD includes rare footage of the late grandmaster Moy Yat explaining the concepts, techniques and proper movements of the Yip Man Muk Jong Form.

Grandmaster Moy Yat begins the lesson by giving a concise explanation of how to properly play the form and the proper techniques and positioning behind each movement.

This is rare footage that every Wing Chun practitioner must have in their collection. This video is the first of its kind that captures the authentic teaching of late grandmaster Moy Yat.
