**More information:
Robbyn Holland is your instructor.
Robbyn worked as a television news reporter for Florida’s News Network, Fox TV, WPTV Channel 5 in West Palm Beach, FL, and The Health Network at Universal Studios in Orlando, FL after graduating from Florida Atlantic University with a bachelor’s degree in business. Prior to changing occupations to work in healthcare, she spent ten years as a field reporter.
Robbyn started her career in healthcare sales by selling homecare services to doctors’ offices, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities. “I immediately realized how important it was to develop a rapport with my referral sources,” explains Robbyn. My clients were my friends, and as a result of our friendship, whenever they had a new reference, they always came to me first.
A few years later, Robbyn was hired as the Acquisition Team Manager and Regional Director of Sales for a Florida-based home care business that had expanded from 4 locations to 28 offices across the state, employed over 1,700 caregivers, and provided services in 47 Florida counties.
She then made the switch to senior living and worked as VP of Sales for one of the biggest national healthcare businesses, where she was responsible for the marketing of 40 communities spread over six States in the Western U.S. Later, in Florida, she established her own Medicare Skilled Home Health and Private Duty Home Care businesses.
Robbyn now runs STAT Homecare Consultants in Orlando, Florida, where she instructs healthcare sales professionals in effective sales methods.

Internet Marketing Course
Digital marketing is the component of marketing that utilizes internet and online based digital technologies such as desktop computers,
mobile phones and other digital media and platforms to promote products and services. Its development during the 1990s and 2000s,
changed the way brands and businesses use technology for marketing. As digital platforms became increasingly incorporated into marketing plans and everyday life,
and as people increasingly use digital devices instead of visiting physical shops, digital marketing campaigns have become prevalent,
employing combinations of search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), content marketing, influencer marketing, content automation,
campaign marketing, data-driven marketing, e-commerce marketing, social media marketing, social media optimization, e-mail direct marketing, display advertising,
e–books, and optical disks and games have become commonplace. Digital marketing extends to non-Internet channels that provide digital media, such as television,
mobile phones (SMS and MMS), callback, and on-hold mobile ring tones. The extension to non-Internet channels differentiates digital marketing from online marketing.
