WHO SHOULD TAKE THIS COURSE?
Anyone who wants to launch or expand their own business
Hobbyists who wish to make a living from their love of photography Professional photographers searching for a stable, lucrative business opportunity
Professionals in real estate photography that want to grow their business
In a box: business
When you apply my technique, beginning or expanding a real estate photography company is one of the things I enjoy most since it’s essentially a “business in a box.”
Why do I say that?
Well, having to start from zero and figure everything out on your own is the most challenging part of beginning a business. Therefore, the majority of small enterprises fail.
Because they don’t adhere to a tried-and-true method, they are ill-equipped to handle the obstacles and commit far too many errors.
This is another factor contributing to the tremendous value of franchise businesses like McDonald’s. When someone invests in a franchise (for instance, builds a McDonald’s location), they pay more since there is a tested system that almost ensures their success.
They only need to follow the method and put in the effort to succeed; they don’t need to be the next Bill Gates or Warren Buffett.
Because of this, opening a McDonald’s today requires millions of dollars.
Real Estate Photographer Pro was created with that model in mind.
I’m aware that most individuals prefer not to go the dangerous and time-consuming route of having to figure things out on their own. Even if you’re clever enough to realize that you don’t want to or need to reinvent the wheel in order to reach your goals, you can do so by sticking to a tried-and-true strategy. I know you’re eager to put in the effort.
Of course, there is one significant difference between starting a McDonald’s and using Real Estate Photography Pro: the price! You may start or expand your business for merely the cost of taking an online course since you won’t have to worry about real estate transactions, significant overhead expenses, or paying out royalties on your sales.
Three routes to success
The fact that real estate photography affords company owners a lot of alternatives is one of my favorite aspects of the industry.
First option: Run a “one person” business
This is a terrific place to start for many folks. It’s a low-stress, risk-free method to start off while making money doing what you like.
Without the majority of the difficulties associated with a regular business, it also enables you to make a respectable living.
Keep in mind that I was able to make over $60,000 in my first year without working full time, renting an office, hiring staff, etc.
If you’d like, you may opt to end here. I personally decided to continue expanding my business, which brings me to…
Second option: Run a small business
Growing into a small business is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to go past the “one person” business phase.
While still keeping things small and keeping your expenses low, you may add a few people, which enables you to service more clients and increases your income.
Once more, you have the option to stop here, contentedly servicing a modest number of customers and running a low-pressure business. You might also opt to follow my example.
Path #3: Expand your company
My once-small “side hustle” firm has grown to a full-fledged enterprise with over 1,000 clients, 15 staff members and contractors, and an annual income of over $1 million.
The wonderful thing about having all of these choices is that you don’t need to make a decision right away; you can start from wherever you are right now and develop it to the degree to which you are comfortable.
Alternatively, perhaps you might push yourself to find a new comfort zone by stepping outside of your current one. Once more, the choice is yours. The options are endless for a Real Estate Photography Pro, and you get to make the decision.
FROM HOBBITAT TO MORE THAN $1,000,000 IN ANNUAL REVENUE
The fact that anyone can perform real estate photography is one of my favorite aspects about it.
I can teach you how to do it and be successful at it whether you’re currently a professional photographer, a hobbyist, or even if you’ve never touched a camera in your life.
And learning doesn’t take years or months. Additionally, it doesn’t set you back thousands of dollars, demand that you take out expensive student loans, etc.
On the contrary, if you truly want it, anyone can pick it up quickly and be going in a matter of days.
This is something I can personally attest to. My middle name is Norman, and my brother’s middle name is Young. When I started my real estate photography business, Norman & Young, it was just a side venture that I launched accidentally.
At the time, I was just 17 years old and I wanted to attend college. I was working for a four-year degree because I believed that was the only way to earn a good living in this society.
My career goal was to be a physician. But I began to doubt that strategy since practically every doctor I spoke with said they wouldn’t choose to repeat the procedure.
They said it “wasn’t what they expected,” that they didn’t enjoy it, and that it cost them at least $500,000 in student debt and a full decade of education before they began earning a respectable living.
That was rather frightening; can you picture spending ten years in education, accruing a debt of half a million dollars, and then regretting your choice once you began working? I wouldn’t want to be a patient that one of those angry physicians was going to operate on!
Fortunately, I was asked if I could take some pictures of a property that was up for sale just before I left for college, and because I was a teenager in need of money, I agreed.
I wasn’t anything close to a professional photographer, and I ended up documenting real estate mistakes after mistakes, yet I still made $50. Not bad for a youngster with no prior expertise!
But I wasn’t at all ready for what came next.
It didn’t take long for the word to spread, and soon I was being hired by more and more real estate agents to take photos of their property listings.
I earned over $100,000 at the conclusion of my first full year of employment. I made the decision to focus on my Real Estate Photography company rather than getting a college degree since it is more money than many college instructors make on their own.
One of my finest judgments to date was that one, in the end.
If I wanted to, I could have stopped there. Being paid six figures to take pictures of mansions was already an incredible way to support oneself.
However, I could see its potential and thought it could develop, so I asked my brother to work with me to expand the company. In an instant, Norman & Young was founded.
Five years later, several extraordinary events have occurred:
We currently have more than a thousand paying customers.
We have increased our income by a factor of two every single year, and we are still expanding.
We’ve been able to bring on 10 or more staff, which will allow us to work less and make even more money.
Keep in mind what I mentioned before… It makes no difference where you are right now…
Like I did at first, perhaps you’re thinking about Real Estate Photography as a side business.
Or perhaps you want to use it to generate a good six-figure salary while doing something you like…
Or maybe, as I did, you wish to expand it into a bigger company.
In either case, I’d love to assist you in getting there.
I made Estate Photographer Pro for that reason.
I’ve crammed this course with all the knowledge I wish I’d had when I first started, including:
Every action you must do to get going fast and effectively
How to expand your business to earn more money with less work
What you should avoid doing instead of the mistakes that hinder most real estate photographers from succeeding and profiting
Step-by-step procedures for taking pictures of any property
Before, during, and after a shoot: what to do
A quick and efficient method for attracting large numbers of customers (without cold calling or other uncomfortable “selling” techniques)
How to keep customers coming back for more so you can continue being paid without always looking for new customers
You can imitate simple pricing systems so you won’t have to wing it with your prices.
Which services to provide to customers to maximize revenue
And a whole lot more!
Even the finer points are covered, such as choosing a company name, whether to incorporate, how to handle sales tax, and of course, all you need to know about the equipment you should use and how to take and edit images.
This training makes me really proud and eager to share it with you.
Please feel free to browse the page; I believe you’ll find all you need to know to make a choice there, but if not, feel free to email me at el*@re**************.com and I’ll react to you as soon as possible (I read and respond to all emails personally).
What Is Investment Real Estate?
Investment real estate is real estate that generates income or is otherwise intended for investment purposes rather than as a primary residence. It is common for investors to own multiple pieces of real estate, one of which serves as a primary residence while the others are used to generate rental income and profits through price appreciation. The tax implications for investment real estate are often different than those for residential real estate.
