How Does My Fear Be Removed by Natural Confidence?

Sadly, virtually everyone has learned to be afraid of four scenarios, which you must overcome if you want to succeed at the greatest levels.

When I use the word “conditioned,” I mean that a circumstance causes dread to arise without your having to give it any thought. Russian scientist Ivan Pavlov conducted a fascinating experiment on some of our canine companions. The dogs would salivate when he rang a bell and then displayed food. He would then show the dogs food before their subsequent meal and ring the bell once again. And once more, the dogs would drool. He repeated this numerous times before ringing the bell and leaving the dogs unfed.

And what’s this?

The dogs still slobbered.

They had been trained to drool whenever a bell rang.

Unfortunately, people too experience this.

People tend to fear criticism as they get older if they have severe criticism or judgment as children.

They will grow to fear attention if they suffer unpleasant results while they are the center of attention.

Additionally, if kids experience rejection early in life and feel threatened, they will later experience fear of rejection.

Most people have to deal with these debilitating wounds of the past for the rest of their life. There is no amount of positive thinking or logical knowledge that may lessen the weight because these concerns are not brought on by beliefs.

How to Ensure That Your Natural Confidence Will Work (Scientific Proof)
