It is basically a program that shows how to incrementally build up your sparring game.
Quantum CM starts to awaken you to the fact that your game is made up of principles and fundamentals, not techniques.
Rodney goes into detail on how the four drivers govern your game, and how they work together in synergy.
A person with a level of ability in CM will benefit tremendously from this DVD set, but I have clients only new to CM who have really clicked with the information given here.
