Description
A four-week online course called Fierce Relaxation was created to assist men and women following Dr. Robert Glover’s program for recovering Nice Guys. For men and women who struggle with significant levels of anxiety that could be impeding their healing process, Fierce Relaxation is strongly recommended.
I am Roger Nix, a No More Mr. Nice Guy Coach with certification. Along with being a Nice Guy in recovery, I have battled terrible anxiety my whole life. I am aware of how it affects your life.
In this course, I’ll provide you useful, non-technical advice and techniques for dealing with the persistent worry and dread that are preventing you from recovering and achieving your goals in life.
With the help of Fierce Relaxation’s techniques, you may learn to control your anxiety and go from seeking external validation to seeking your own. Both I and many others have had success with these tools. They can also assist you, I am certain.

How Vigorous Relaxation Operates
Fierce Relaxation uses the following techniques and ideas:

The goal of fierce relaxation is to understand what it’s like to be able to unwind without regard to your environment. You learn to trust your body, emotions, and thoughts as a result. In other words, you will become more certain and trusting of yourself as you realize that YOU are in control of the quality of your life.

Lessons on How the Class Runs
You will be given a link to the class resources page when you sign up for Fierce Relaxation. Each week once the course starts, a fresh lesson will be uploaded to the class website. You may download and print the lessons and homework from the majority of lectures in order to learn the material. Additionally, the course will make use of a few audio and video recordings to enhance the courses.
Information will be provided in the classes to aid in your understanding of the topic and of yourself. They will be designed to make it as simple and easy as possible for you to apply the knowledge to your life. There will be discussion questions for each to encourage introspection and communication with classmates on the online forum. You may apply the knowledge to your life by completing your homework.
Forums for class discussion
Each lesson’s discussion thread will be located on the class resource page, where students can share their comments and homework assignments. Everyone in the class will be urged to read and comment on each other’s entries.
The mutual support, role-modeling, and responsibility that such engagement fosters will be a significant component of the course. Because they attempt to go it alone and have access to little resources, the majority of individuals find it difficult to transform their life. You may realize that you are not alone and that your problems are not unique by using the internet forums. The idea of “what one man can achieve, another man can accomplish” will serve as their foundation.
Students may continue to encourage one another and keep in touch even after the class has ended thanks to the online forums, which will be accessible for 12 months after it starts.
Faculty Q&A Forum
Students can ask Roger Nix questions about the courses in a Q&A forum that will be available online during the class. At least twice a week, Roger Nix will answer these inquiries during regular office hours.
Real-Time Q&A Sessions
One live, interactive conversation with Roger Nix will be part of this course. There will be a venue for asking any questions regarding the course during the hour-long Q&A session. On the class resource page, the date and time will be listed. You will be allowed to post questions in advance if you can’t make it to the session. A recording of the Q&A will be made and uploaded in the classroom library.
School Library
Roger Nix will add materials for this session, such as podcasts, films, taped interviews, book recommendations, and links to articles, to a library. Students will be able to use the material from the course and carry out their objective with the aid of this useful resource.
You may study the classes at your own speed and log into the discussion board at any time to read and post. You may take part at any time, from anywhere.
To ensure that each student receives the most attention from the teacher and benefits to the greatest extent, this course is only open to 100 students.

Regarding Roger Nix

Group facilitator, writer, life coach, and educator Roger Nix also teaches.
Over a period of 25 years, Roger worked as a real estate developer. He started working as a full-time life coach in 2008 after spending several years as a layman organizing groups and counseling men.
Roger has over 20 years of expertise treating anxiety and addiction-related problems. He earned his certification as a “No More Mr. Nice Guy” coach in 2011. Roger has co-led men’s groups under the direction of Dr. Robert Glover.
In his own life, Roger has dealt with anxiety, addiction, and codependency. He has effectively incorporated healthy lifestyles and problem-solving techniques. Roger is dedicated to assisting guys in their search for their true selves.
Currently, Roger resides in the Seattle/Bellevue area of Washington. In the Pacific Northwest, he runs men’s groups, offers online seminars, and leads workshops.
Roger graduated from Eastern Arizona College then attended Antioch University in Seattle to study psychology. He received his diploma from Canada’s Coaches Training Institute in Vancouver, BC.
