Each video is fun, personal, and to the point. No hype and no tricks. Just a handful of topics that I believe are most important to meaningful productivity and doing our best creative work.

Three Big Themes

In addition to laying the framework for what “Meaningful Productivity” is anyway, the three main themes in the Elements of Focus are:

Time: Make the most out of the time you have in the day (and we’ll do so in a way that doesn’t add stress).
Clarity: Get clarity on where you should be focusing your time and attention.
Traction: Gain traction and momentum on your business or side project.

There is helpful and practical advice. I also share my own personal values for what I do to stay on track when life is crazy and how I know which projects to focus my time and attention on.
