Stephan Kesting is my name. I’m a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and a submission wrestling coach.

The ‘Grappling Concepts’ course is the product of over 30 years of martial arts instruction.
The information you’ll be studying is derived straight from my own personal R&D: I’ve thoroughly tested and used this content in my own training.
You’re undoubtedly aware that I’ve produced a number of instructional grappling DVDs, and since I’ve sold over 10,000 of them, someone must like them! When I teach a technique, whether in person or through my videos, I aim to cover every facet of that technique.
That is, I display setups, entries, variants, finishers, and counts.
But I also make an effort to address the fundamental principles.
This is the material that makes the techniques ‘work.’
