You may learn the principles of a secure, healthy, and effective natural running form with the aid of the Core Action Program. This program is designed for runners who want to discover how to run well, provide their best effort, and feel fantastic.
It is primarily aimed for runners who have recurrent injuries, desire to switch to minimalist shoes or go barefoot, or who want to improve their performance. Beginners will pick up running as soon as they take their first steps.

You could have purchased running instruction books, watched YouTube videos, purchased DVDs, and performed running form exercises with mixed results. The Core Action Program is unique in that we employ the tried-and-true methods of the Feldenkrais Method® to help you understand how your body actually functions, be aware of the feelings that go along with healthy, effective running, and be able to access them.
The Feldenkrais Method is recognized for assisting those with extremely difficult movement challenges, including those who have had serious injuries, children with developmental delays, individuals with Parkinson’s and MS, and elite performers in the arts and sports. The skills you acquire via the Feldenkrais Method become yours; they become a part of your innate, instinctual movement lexicon. You’ll master the art of running instead of just “knowing” how to do it in your head.
Three audio Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement courses that teach you how to run healthily by feel are included in the three-week Core Action Program. Before you run, complete the lessons by loading them onto an MP3 player.
