Set of three Steve Grody DVDs Vol.1 A thorough set of counterattacks targeted at the vulnerable regions of the offensive punch or kick from the opposition. Running time: around 45 minutes Kali kicking techniques, Kali trapping in attack, basic gunting (nerve hit) combos, and gunting follow-ups are all covered in volume two. 55 minutes is the approximate running time. Vol. 3 of Kali’s techniques includes foot trapping, a detailed examination of joint locks and takedowns, elbow and hand follow-ups to the limbs and body, wrenches, and other essential training techniques. 60 minutes Steve Grody studied under several of the finest martial artists in the world, including the late Edgar Sulite (creator of Lameco Escrima), Dan Inosanto (under whom he is a Senior Instructor), the Dog Brothers, Paul Vunak, Share Lew, and many more. In recent centuries, since the advent of modern science, most medicine has become a combination of art and science (both basic and applied, under the umbrella of medical science).
While stitching technique for sutures is an art learned through practice, the knowledge of what happens at the cellular and molecular level in the tissues being stitched arises through science.
