Our bodies are claimed to include energy wheels called chakras that respond to movement, pranayama, and meditation. Chakras are said to be the locations where our life force travels to and flows through. You will receive the skills to work with the seven chakras and be able to get to know them better through this enlivening kundalini program, which includes all of these techniques.
Every day for a week, you will get one class through email as part of this program (seven classes, one for each chakra). Each of these courses has a distinct emphasis and aim that is in line with the appropriate chakra, beginning with the root chakra (muladhara) and ending with the crown chakra (sahasrara).
Whether you decide to focus on all of the chakras or just a few, savor the flow of these healing kundalini yoga sequences.
The flows you’ll receive, in alphabetical order:
Muladhara, the first chakra, which is located at the base of the spine and is connected to sensations of solidity and earthiness, is the focus of class one’s exercises.
Svadhisthana, the second chakra, which is situated in the pelvis and is linked to creativity, pleasure, and emotion, is practiced in class two.
Manipura, the third chakra, which is located at the navel (also known as the “solar center”) and is linked to our feeling of commitment, vigor, and will, is the focus of class three.
The fourth chakra, anahata, which is located in the heart and is linked to our desire to serve others and our limitless (or “unstruck” or “unhurt”) sense of self, is the focus of class four.
Vishuddha, the fifth chakra, is positioned in the neck and is related to listening, communication, and the capacity to cleanse what we send out into the world. Class five is a practice for this chakra.
The sixth chakra, or ajna, which is linked to our third eye and intuition, is the focus of class six.
Sahasrara, the seventh chakra, which is regarded as the subtlest of them all and is connected to the top of the head and the mystery beyond us, is the chakra that is practiced in class seven.
We hope you’ll join us on this chakra system tour driven by kundalini!

Health and Medical course
More information about Medical:
Medicine is the science and practice of establishing the diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.
Medicine encompasses a variety of health care practices evolved to maintain and restore health by the prevention and treatment of illness.
Contemporary medicine applies biomedical sciences, biomedical research, genetics, and medical technology to diagnose, treat, and prevent injury and disease,
typically through pharmaceuticals or surgery, but also through therapies as diverse as psychotherapy, external splints and traction, medical devices, biologics, and ionizing radiation, amongst others.
Medicine has been around for thousands of years, during most of which it was an art (an area of skill and knowledge) frequently having connections to the religious and
philosophical beliefs of local culture. For example, a medicine man would apply herbs and say prayers for healing, or an ancient philosopher and physician would apply bloodletting according to the theories of humorism.
In recent centuries, since the advent of modern science, most medicine has become a combination of art and science (both basic and applied, under the umbrella of medical science).
While stitching technique for sutures is an art learned through practice, the knowledge of what happens at the cellular and molecular level in the tissues being stitched arises through science.
