PART I: TAKING THE BACK

In a detailed and highly technical way, Tinguinha teaches how to get
to the back from the guard, half guard, side control, mount and turtle
positions from top and bottom.
PART II: SUBMISSIONS FROM THE BACK

In this section, Tinguinha teaches an arsenal of submissions from the
back followed by techniques based on the reactions of your opponent and
situations presented during training. Submissions starting from the back
and transitioning to different submissions is also covered.
