This DVD is a 6 year chronicle of my jiu-jitsu and devotion to dissecting the halfguard position.
My jiu-jitsu philosophy is to return to the origins of BJJ by using the least amount of energy possible and allowing angles and technique to take precedence.
The DVD’s skills need relatively little flexibility, strength, and agility.
Everything revolves around angles and straight-up technique.
I feel that the halfguard is one of the few guards that can operate in both gi and no gi, which is why you should study everything you can about this amazing position.
This DVD will include novel half guard concepts and techniques that will hopefully elevate your jiu-jitsu to the next level.
