THE INSTRUCTOR OF YOUR DRILL
Good day. I’m Eero Westerberg, and I’ll make sure you make it through the exercises and see results. I work as a full-time strength coach, a mixed martial arts fighter, and a drill teacher with military experience.
The routines and activities in Warrior 20XX are the same ones I do to maintain my physical fitness. There is no question that the program will be successful for you as long as you are willing to put in the effort. I will be there to support and push you along the way.
