R-Phase establishes the ideas, exercises, and evaluations that will be used throughout the rest of the Z-Health program. The optimal entrance point and transition from your current position to a neurocentric approach to your job are provided, and discomfort and performance are seen via a neurological lens. As it provides tools and examinations for the neurology of voluntary movement, posture, and motor control and how it manifests in actual individuals, it will drastically alter your practice and training.
