This is a brand-new series in ZGYM that, I’m confident, individuals who truly don’t want to or can’t spend a lot of time working out but still want to feel good and accomplish something useful will appreciate. These quick 12-minute workouts are made up of four bodyweight exercises that focus more on particular body parts while still working the entire body. For instance, this one will strengthen your heart by putting you through some pretty rigorous exercise while focusing mostly on your abdomen. The exercise breakdown that follows offers recommendations for minimal impact changes. Just keep in mind that you need to increase your heart rate throughout these exercises, and if you can’t do it with jumping, then you need to add weights. I know that some of you guys can’t do much jumping, so keep that in mind. You can tell if you’re getting a great cardio by how difficult the weights are for you and how out of breath they make you feel. A wonderful time!
