Part one contains lecture demonstrations by Yasuo Kobayashi, Mitsugi Saotome, Kanshu Sunadomari & Yoshio Kuroiwa from the 1st Aikido Friendship Demonstration held in Tokyo in 1985. Each informative and inspiring demonstration covers the most important aspect of each teacher’s interpretation of aikido. Mitsugi Saotome at 1989 demonstration: Saotome Sensei and a group of his top instructors from the USA perform in this exciting video clip that features both taijutsu and weapons techniques. This video was also taken at the the 20th Anniversary Demonstration of Kobayashi Dojos.
