Dr. Paul Langlois, APN, PhD, CCRN, CCNS, CNRN, is a critical care clinical specialist at Cook County Hospital in Chicago. He works in the surgical, medical, neurologic, burn, CCU, and trauma ICUs. He has created many institution-wide protocols as a bedside clinical nurse specialist for the multidisciplinary assessment and care of patients with cardiac, neurologic, septic, and multi-system organ failure. Paul offers advanced training to nurses, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and doctors based on his more than 30 years of expertise evaluating and managing patients with life-threatening illnesses. Paul gives timely, evidence-based presentations that include case studies for attendees to use in their critical thinking.
