Each section of the mnogopovtornogo ballet class on the floor targets a distinct portion of the body. The teacher is Mary Helen Bowers, a dancer of New York City Ballet with the excellent body (she also coached Natalie Portman for “Black Swan”). You will start with the motions “bridge” directed at buttocks – a lot of repetition, a powerful “burning” and various subtle modifications workouts you supplied.
