BJJ Machado Jiu-Jitsu – Passing the GuardRigan Machado is one of the most celebrated fighters and instructors in the grappling world.
He was a multiple National Champion in Brazil, won 3 Pan American Championships, medalist at the Abu-Dhabi World Submission Championships, and took a Silver Medal at the 1994 Sambo World Championships.
Rigan has been celebrated in major magazines, books, and instructional videos.
He is a nephew of the founder of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Carlos Gracie, Sr.
and grew up training and teaching with Rickson, Rorion, Helio and the rest of the famous Gracie family.
His brothers the Machado brothers, are a major force in the United States with thousands of students worldwide.
