Every object in the known cosmos is made of, emits, or is composed of light, information, energy, or awareness. This means that in addition to being composed of these energies, your body also constantly and continually transmits and receives light, information, or energy along with consciousness. Your body has informational hubs called energy centers. A plexus of neurons in each center corresponds to a certain gland in your body. The brain has become incoherent whenever these plexuses of neurons become disorganized. The plexuses of neurons start to alter the nerve conductivity and hormonal expression of the many relevant organs, tissues, and cells throughout the body when this occurs.

You’ll start to engage your autonomic nervous system during this guided meditation, which will help to balance both your body’s energy centers and the energy field that surrounds it.

The first through eighth centers of the body—the area above your head and the field around your body—are where Dr. Joe will urge you to rest your focus. Don’t try to produce anything when he instructs you to focus your attention on each of the centers; instead, just become aware of that center. Then, while you are in a state of coherence, Dr. Joe will give you directions on how to achieve your shift.
