BRANCH WARREN – TRAIN INSANE
**More information:
Description
Throughout more than 2 hours of footage, Branch Warren’s regular week is intimately shown to the audience. You can witness all of Branch’s exercises during the day and get a glimpse of his life away from the gym. The audience will get a first-hand look at Branch’s rigorous training regimen as he gets ready for the 2009 Olympia, where he just came second in the world to Jay Cutler. The exercises are conducted in the renowned Metroflex Gym in Arlington, Texas, which has been named the best hard-core gym in the country and is the eight-time home of Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman. Branch Warren works out with Metroflex Gym owner Brian Dobson.
Warren returned to the Olympia in 2009 after skipping it in 2007 and 2008, shocking the bodybuilding community by finishing a fantastic second, one position behind 2008 Olympia champion Dexter Jackson. Many of Branch’s supporters believed that he may very well have won the 2009 Mr. Olympia competition, which was in no way disrespectful to Jay.
For all devoted lovers of HARDCORE bodybuilding, this DVD is a “must have.” In this no holds barred assault on the 2009 Mr. Olympia championship, which Jay narrowly defeated the three-time winner of the Arnold Classic Most Muscular, Branch is magnificent, savage, and uncompromising. Similar to “Blood & Guts,” the fitness segment was shot in black and white. Nothing else is colored.

More information about Self Help:
Self-help or self-improvement is a self-guided improvementĂłeconomically, intellectually, or emotionallyĂłoften with a substantial psychological basis.
Many different self-help group programs exist, each with its own focus, techniques, associated beliefs, proponents and in some cases, leaders.
Concepts and terms originating in self-help culture and Twelve-Step culture, such as recovery, dysfunctional families, and codependency have become firmly integrated in mainstream language.
Self-help often utilizes publicly available information or support groups, on the Internet as well as in person, where people in similar situations join together.
From early examples in self-driven legal practice and home-spun advice, the connotations of the word have spread and often apply particularly to education, business,
psychology and psychotherapy, commonly distributed through the popular genre of self-help books.
According to the APA Dictionary of Psychology, potential benefits of self-help groups that professionals may not be able to provide include friendship,
emotional support, experiential knowledge, identity, meaningful roles, and a sense of belonging.
