In this series – “Invisible Jiu-jitsu” – Braulio teaches the techniques that have made him world champion both with and without the gi.
Where this series differs from others is with Braulio’s focus on the unseen side of the techniques.
This is what Braulio calls “invisible jiu-jitsu”.
Going beyond the mechanics of techniques, Braulio focuses also on principles and theories of submission wrestling and BJJ as well as bringing across in the lessons his approach to training

In recent centuries, since the advent of modern science, most medicine has become a combination of art and science (both basic and applied, under the umbrella of medical science).
While stitching technique for sutures is an art learned through practice, the knowledge of what happens at the cellular and molecular level in the tissues being stitched arises through science.
