FAQS
Total Power Training: How Was It Made? It is what?
Total Power Training is a revolutionary performance training method. It was developed by strength instructor and former college football player Chris Barnard. It is the first training program designed to help athletes in all sports increase their power without sacrificing the development of sport-specific skills.
Why is Total Power Training different from other strength training programs?
A: The bulk of workout plans now on the market are based on bodybuilding, an outdated and useless kind of exercise. Total Power Training is one of the few programs that directs the athlete’s focus away from the muscular system and toward the development of functional qualities in the central nervous system.
Does this program just apply to football, basketball, or baseball players?
Definitely not, no. As a sports performance coach, I work with a variety of athletes. From varsity swimmers to professional dancers, I work with all of my athletes using the same framework—the Total Power Training curriculum. You may get it from me. If it can be used to help this varied set of athletes succeed, it can help you succeed as well.
Is my child, who is 13 years old, old enough to take part in your program?
A: Research dispels the myth that lifting weights can stunt a child’s growth by demonstrating that there is no damage to the epiphyseal plates. From the age of eleven and above, a lot of people I know have done this. It is more about form and safety.
What occurs if TPT doesn’t work correctly for me?
A: I provide a 60-day, 100% money-back guarantee on the whole TPT approach. If you feel Total Power Training is not for you for any reason, send me an email and I’ll return your full investment.
If I don’t have access to all the equipment, what kind do I need?
A: You DO NOT need specialized equipment to use this program.
Every exercise in the plan was chosen to be easily interchangeable with a comparable alternative. By doing this, you can ensure that you work out hard and reach all of your objectives even if you only have access to basic equipment.
Health and Medical course
More information about Medical:
Medicine is the science and practice of establishing the diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.
Medicine encompasses a variety of health care practices evolved to maintain and restore health by the prevention and treatment of illness.
Contemporary medicine applies biomedical sciences, biomedical research, genetics, and medical technology to diagnose, treat, and prevent injury and disease,
typically through pharmaceuticals or surgery, but also through therapies as diverse as psychotherapy, external splints and traction, medical devices, biologics, and ionizing radiation, amongst others.
Medicine has been around for thousands of years, during most of which it was an art (an area of skill and knowledge) frequently having connections to the religious and
philosophical beliefs of local culture. For example, a medicine man would apply herbs and say prayers for healing, or an ancient philosopher and physician would apply bloodletting according to the theories of humorism.
In recent centuries, since the advent of modern science, most medicine has become a combination of art and science (both basic and applied, under the umbrella of medical science).
While stitching technique for sutures is an art learned through practice, the knowledge of what happens at the cellular and molecular level in the tissues being stitched arises through science.
