We’ll support you on setting your official operation vacation date + developing a customized Clockwork roadmap. We’ll create specific quarterly, monthly, + weekly milestones to keep you on track + accountable to your Clockwork commitment.

STEP 2

7 CORE CLASSES TO DEEPEN YOUR CLOCKWORK SKILLSET

Equipping your team + your company to run like clockwork starts with YOU as a leader. There are 7 core classes that you’ll go through with us to deepen your understanding of Clockwork and start applying it to your company.
Each class has a Clock- work component that you’ll complete, and submit to keep you on track (yes, there’s homework). These classes will provide you with the Clockwork tools you’ll need to move your business forward, faster.

STEP 3

DAILY SUPPORT + GUIDANCE IN OUR PRIVATE CLOCKWORK COMMUNITY CROUP

The hardest part of implementing Clockwork is NOT going to be setting your vacation date…that’s the easy part in fact! Staying accountable to your milestones each week, that’s where the value of ongoing support comes in.
We’ll have a community full of peers + the RLC team where you’ll be able to get round the clock support, feedback, guidance, and even butt-kicking when needed. Support, guidance and accountability is at your fingertips!

STEP 4

9 COACHING + ACCOUNTABILITY CALLS

Each week we’ll meet to answer your clockwork questions for the week so that we can cut your learning curve in half. These calls will be the biggest difference between doing this on your own + working with us to give you the nuanced feedback + accountability you need to stick with this work, even when life gets in the way…and it will.

STEP 5

ACCESS TO OUR CROWING LIBRARY OF TOOLS, TEMPLATES, + TRAININGS

Don’t be mistaken, this isn’t just a course with tons of modules, this is an immersive implementation program. But we will be adding examples, tools and trainings for you to use in your business to our library for you to access when you need it. You’ll be helping us populate it too, if you have a question that would be best served with an example, and we don’t have one yet, we’ll work to create it for you.
