Erik Paulson, one of the most respected trainers in the
world of MMA, has refined his grappling techniques, under the
denomination of Combat Submission Wrestling, thanks to an impressive
package that includes Judo, Boxing, Taekwondo, Muay Thai,
Shootwrestling, Jeet Kune Do (Dan Inosanto) and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
(Machado). In this second video he shows you two kinds of strategies:
one planned for fist strikes and kicks, through sparring exercises that
will allow you to react almost automatically to the response of your
adversary; and the other oriented to submission in ground fighting, and
centered on this occasion on the execution of the Chicken Wing technique
from multiple positions.
