Core JKD Concepts Level 1 Full Curriculum DVD

Level 1 of the Core JKD Concepts Grappling Curriculum
This DVD continues the legacy of our first Kicking and Boxing range DVD by being jam-packed with excellent, in-depth knowledge that is presented simply enough for the absolute novice to rapidly understand. Additionally, it offers fresh training materials and methodologies that an experienced practitioner will value and wish to add to his or her toolbox. To aid with more effective comprehension, the DVD is provided with graphic overlays and 3D. As with our in-class instruction, we go right to the point and focus on the best strategies for laying a strong training foundation that will support efficient procedures.
The “Core” of Core JKD serves as a strong foundation that helps you establish skills and body feel instinctively and transparently. Core JKD Concepts Level 2 Grapping Curriculum
