While some of the going to the ground moves I personally find to be odd- the attacks they outline are effective.
There is SO much in the way of attacking the groin (and a few other dirty moves) that this is not going to pop up in ur MMA training…LOL!Still, they show opening attacking from angles, speed of attack and follow ups, they show combination hitting, they show good positioning and such.
How to do hard impact takedowns, joint locks, chokes and where to aim ur strikes to really hurt a man are shown in great detail with solid explanations of the mechanics.
Some of the stuff where they are climbing about like monkeys I find a bit theatric; I cannot fault the core moves they demonstrate however.
Hell, even in Muay Thai a fighter will post off the leg of the opponent and launch up to a leaping knee strike to the face.
That is what these guys show so I don’t rag too much on that.
Just seeing this still means shit for ur skill.
You need to train and do so for some time.
Real dojo action and real sparring are needed.
