Balance Gym:
The Balance Gym is the most comprehensive collection of brain-body exercises for fast and efficiently enhancing your balance and mobility. We’ve combed through hundreds of pages of research as dedicated neuroscience geeks AND athletes, paired it with real-world training experiences with tens of thousands of customers and athletes worldwide, and condensed it all into a straightforward follow-along approach. A crucial component of the total-body pain treatment and performance training is the Balance Gym.
How Does It Function?
In contrast to conventional balance training programs, The Balance Gym adopts a novel method to enhancing your balance and mobility. This is due to our knowledge that exceptional balancing abilities need two separate occurrences:
Signal Accuracy – A very exact body-wide “symphony” of coordinated brain impulses is necessary for real-world balance skill to take place.
Signal Integration – We require extraordinary signal integration in addition to superb signal quality. This is all about how your BRAIN integrates and interprets the neurological information it receives from the body, including information from the eyes, inner ear, and body.

Note:
41 inch loop bands may be used with the Strength Gym. Bands are necessary to follow along and utilize The Strength Gym. Six bands are included in the physical edition: two each of yellow (2–15 lb), red (5–35 lb), and purple (25 – 80 lb). It doesn’t in the Digital Edition. Dr. Cobb’s innate passion for human physiology and psychology began when he was first introduced to the martial arts as a 6-year old boy.
