However, there’s still more. Intuit’s CEO stated in 2017 that “by 2020, the gig economy is projected to account for 43% of the workforce, up from an estimated 34% in 2017”. As hundreds of millions of microbusinesses take the place of hundreds of millions of 9–5 employment, it is also anticipated that the “gig economy” will simply become “the economy.”

You’ll see gig workers all over the place if you take a closer look. They perform practically every other task you can think of, including grocery shopping, meal delivery, transportation, and driving.

It goes on and on with graphics, video, copywriting, payment processors, email services, site design, sales funnels, and so on. To sell items online, you’ll need to have (and understand how to utilize) a few things.
