This test is the culmination of the entire period. Air Raid I and II

WHO THE COACH IS
JEFF CAVALIERE, CREATOR OF THE ATHLEAN-X
During the National League East Championship seasons of 2006, 2007, and 2008, Jeff Cavaliere MSPT, CSCS served as the New York Mets’ head physical therapist and assistant strength coach. He coached some of the game’s most accomplished players, including pitchers Tom Glavine and Pedro Martinez, who will go down in baseball history, as well as Carlos Delgado, Carlos Beltran, David Wright, Jose Reyes, and Billy Wagner, to name a few. The National Strength and Conditioning Association has certified him as a Specialist in Strength and Conditioning (NSCA).
