basic techniques are very important in brazilian jiu-jitsu. They
represent the foundation on which your whole progression will be based
thereafter.

brazilian jiu-jitsu. Postures, controls, crossings, guards, reversals,
locks, chokes, defenses, outings… all areas of the fight to the ground
