The inaugural lightweight world champion of the UFC was Pat Miletich, the “Croatian Sensation.” Miletich is a versatile fighter who uses a combination of Muay Thai punching, grappling takedowns, and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu submissions.
The first volume of this six-volume series covers stand-up combat and teaches footwork, jabbing, 1-2 punching, muay thai footwork, jab swing angles, 1-2 hop angles, triple upper cuts, perre punches, roll with punches, hooks, crosses, and head movements.
